Tour

Pick the tour you want to sign up for.

Bike

Decide if you need a rental bike or will bring your own.
Bike rentals are $115
There are a limited number of rental bikes. If you need a rental bike but didn’t indicate when registering, please contact us. Bike rentals are only secured when the $115 fee is submitted.

Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for up-to-date info, suggest program songs, etc.

Requirements

Log into Go Method and fill out Requirement Forms and Submit Payments.

  • View Trip Details including travel information.
  • Trip Story is your personal fundraising page. Send your URL to family and friends, letting them know what you’re doing.
  • View your giving history, make a payment AND you can set up a payment schedule!
  • Complete your Checklist items! Let us know your musical abilities, dietary restrictions, upload health insurance card, etc.
  • See who is all touring and view each member’s personal fundraising page.

Travel

How will you get to tour? Will you be dropped off, flying or hitching a ride with the Spoke Folk van?
Do not buy flights until there are a 16+ people registered for tour.

Rides

Go on some practice bike rides, make sure your bike is in working order if you’re using your own.

Music

Program music will be posted May 1. Lyrics for choir and chord charts for musicians will be available. Please practice these 12 songs before tour.
